Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We ship to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Estonia: 1–2 business days
- Latvia & Lithuania: 2–4 business days
Which carriers do you use? We ship via DPD, Omniva, and Smartpost parcel lockers. Available delivery options depend on your location:
- Estonia: DPD, Omniva, and Smartpost
- Latvia & Lithuania: DPD and Omniva
You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout.
Is shipping free? Shipping is free on all orders over €60. Orders under €60 are subject to a shipping fee shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return? Contact us at alorawellness.eu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the DPD, Omniva, or Smartpost website to follow your delivery.
My tracking isn't updating — what should I do? Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email. If it still isn't updating after that, contact us at alorawellness.eu@gmail.com or call +372 5046016.
